The Site is a free, ad-supported service that publishes price drops and deals from third-party US retailers. We are not a store: we do not sell products, process payments, ship orders, or handle returns. Every purchase happens on the retailer's own website under their terms.
3. How the site is funded
Big Discount Drops is a free, community-first site. It does not currently use affiliate links or link out to any retailer, and earns no commission from your shopping. See our Disclosure for details.
4. Prices, availability and accuracy
We check each deal against the retailer before publishing and show when it was last checked, but retailers control their own prices and stock and both can change at any time. We do not guarantee that any price, discount, or item shown here is still current or available. Always confirm the price and availability on the retailer's page before you buy. 5. Third-party sites
Links to third-party sites — chiefly our Facebook community — are provided for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, prices, products, or privacy practices. Your dealings with any retailer you find independently are solely between you and that retailer.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including scraping at a scale that disrupts service, attempting to breach security, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The Site's name, layout, original text and graphics are the property of Big Discount Drops. Product names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products they describe.
8. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Discount Drops is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from any purchase you make at a third-party retailer.
