We publish hand-checked price drops from Walmart, Amazon and other major retailers — with the real price, the real saving, and how long it lasts. No inflated “was” prices, no countdowns that reset, no stale sales.
How we check a deal
Every deal on the site goes through the same four steps before it's published — and stays honest after it is.

A person checks every price
Before a deal is published, someone opens the retailer's product page and confirms the current price and that it's in stock. Each deal shows when that check happened — not a vague "updated" badge.

The "was" price is the real one
The struck-through price is the retailer's recent regular price — not an inflated manufacturer list price dressed up to make a discount look bigger. If the discount isn't real, the deal never reaches the site.

Deals expire on their own
Every deal carries a real end time. When it passes, the deal removes itself from the site automatically — so you never scroll past a sale that ended weeks ago.

Nothing is invented
No fake ratings, no fake stock counts, no made-up review quotes. If we can't verify a piece of information, we leave it off rather than guess.
How the site works
Big Discount Drops is free and community-first. We organize the deals and connect you to our Facebook group — we don't currently use affiliate links or link out to any retailer, so we earn no commission from your shopping. If that ever changes, we'll disclose it clearly.
